This past week, while brainstorming with my mom, I came up with a homemade salad dressing that is amazing! Why make it when you can so easily buy it? Well I will always gravitate to the ranch first of all but secondly it is healthier and cuts out all the sugar a lot of salad dressings have.
Olive Oil + Dijon Mustard + Salt & Pepper + Lemon
I was trying to figure out how much of each I use but I am awful with measuring and usually just gage based on how big my salad is. If you are not a mustard fan, still try it. I barely use mustard on my sandwiches but this dressing does not have a “mustard-y” taste at all!
